Tenex Capital Management Invests in Team Select Home Care
New York, NY – October 5th, 2017 – Tenex Capital Management (“Tenex”) is pleased to announce an investment in Team Select Home Care (“Team Select”), a provider of post-acute healthcare services in a home-based setting to patients across the southwestern and central United States.
Team Select operates four complementary service models: Medicare home health, pediatric long-term care, mobile outpatient therapy, and certified nursing assistant training. The company holds a 5 out of 5 Star CMS Quality of Patient Care Ranking, putting the company in the top 3% of agencies nationwide.
