New York, NY – November 22, 2022 – Tenex Capital Management (“Tenex”) is pleased to announce an investment in Rose Paving LLC (“Rose”), a national provider of parking lot maintenance and rehabilitation solutions for commercial customers.
Founded in 1969 and headquartered in Bridgeview, IL, Rose Paving is a provider of parking lot maintenance and repair services to businesses throughout the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico. With eight offices strategically located through the country, Rose has an extensive footprint to deliver a full suite of services to its customers, including including asphalt and concrete patching, crack sealing, sealcoating, and lot marking, among others. Rose’s customers span a wide variety of single and multi-state operations across retail, hospitality, healthcare, industrial, property management, and apartment companies.
