Quintec Announces the Acquisition of BC Saw by its NAP GLADU Subsidiary, expanding its Presence in the Canadian Tooling Market

Jasper, IN – February 19, 2013 – Quintec, the industrial tooling company owned by Tenex Capital Management, announced the completion of the acquisition of BC Saw Toronto, Canada by its NAP Gladu subsidiary. BC Saw has been specializing in the sale and service of carbide saws, routers, insert tooling, diamond tooling, metal saws and custom tooling since 1966.
